Here are my storyboards that I have planned before shooting, it is not shot for shot however I drew the most important shots of the film and annotated them with small details I want to include e.g. shot type and camera angles and other details so when it comes to filming I’m A) prepared on what I need to shoot B) know what shots I want to do. These are rough sketches to the best of my ability however it will not be exactly what my film will look like but is the foundations of what i envision it to be as I tried my best to accurately sketch it in these storyboards

Meeting minutes template 2 from BenWalmsley8  here is my meeting minutes sheet, here we discuss between my cast any questions or things that need to be discussed like transport, this is helpful as it means that not only am I prepared but also the rest of cast is and we are all on the same level of understanding

here is my location scouting assessment sheet since I will only be filming in one location for the whole film so only one sheet is required, this sheet gives detail to everything about the location and how well equipped it is regarding when it comes to filming. this will help me be more prepared prior to filming so it means I have to worry less about any variables like any people getting there

my budget for my preproduction is quite cheap considering how many items i am getting, and they will all be getting used in my film, this is helpful as it helps organizing how much i will be spending and what i need to buy in preperation for the shooting of my film  

here is my resource list of the objects that i need to film  and that I will need to utilize for my propudction and will need to collect during my production. by doing this I am organizing what needs to be done so my film can run smoothly and there are no obstacles when it comes to shooting  

Here is my contributors release form. This sheet is a legal document between me and my actors in which they sign to give permission for me to record and use footage of them for my film and other purposes if needed e.g. uploading it onto YouTube and Blogger

here is my shot list, this features a list of the most important shots and their individual technical features e.g. if it is a hand held shot or a close up shot etc. this is very helpful as when it comes to filming I am prepared and know what I am shooting, shot wise, however this is not an exact list of what I am going to shoot as on the day I might want to change my mind

here is my stripboard, my stripboard is fairly simple because I am only shooting un one location however this will be useful when it comes to filming because it will mean I am thoroughly prepared and I know what im shooting when and how long each scene should take

this is an example of the type o form that would have to be filled in to show that during preproduction i have thoroughly throughout to make sure that any risk that could likely happen would be dealt with and meaning that I would be putting my cast in a set that was safe

Here is my production schedule in which it tells me what scenes I am shooting in general on what days this will help me be prepared and organised when it comes to the shooting days and helps me be prepared as what to shoot on said days

the location release from is very important because it gives me the permission to shoot at that location and because it is written down it becomes an official document and that also makes sure there is no confusion with the owner of the location and me
